Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Group Executive Chef to lead culinary strategy across a busy contract catering portfolio in London and the South-East. The role combines high-level menu development, client-facing presentations and team leadership across multiple sites.

You will drive food innovation, shape the culinary direction, mentor chefs and support tenders while delivering exceptional quality and consistency for clients and diners. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in contract catering.
• Strong B&I experience desirable.
• Excellent cooking ability and passion for food.
• Confident presenting to senior clients and stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with strong communication skills.
• Enjoys developing chefs and sharing ideas.
• Comfortable travelling between sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop exciting menus and food concepts.
• Lead tastings and presentations for prospective clients.
• Support tenders and new business opportunities.
• Mentor and inspire chefs across multiple sites.
• Support new openings and culinary projects.
• Work with suppliers to improve food quality and sourcing.
• Help shape the wider culinary direction of the business.
