Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Group Executive Chef to lead and continually elevate the culinary strategy across all brands. You will protect brand DNA, mentor Executive and Head Chefs, and drive expert menu development in partnership with operations leadership.

As culinary ambassador, you will guide quality benchmarks, support new openings, and foster a culture of excellence while ensuring commercial viability and long-term growth across our sites.

Qualifications

• Lead and elevate culinary strategy across Evolv Collection brands.
• Protect brand DNA while mentoring senior BOH leaders.
• Drive menu development and standardisation across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Set culinary direction and ensure Michelin-level benchmarks where applicable.
• Collaborate with Brand Senior Chefs to refine menus and concepts.
• Oversee recruitment and succession planning for senior culinary roles.
• Partner with operations to align food quality with commercial goals.
• Champion ingredient quality, sourcing standards and training initiatives.
