Job summary

Constellation Automotive Group is recruiting a Group ESG Reporting & Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day ESG reporting and compliance activities across the UK and Europe. You will maintain the reporting framework, coordinate divisions, and ensure disclosures are supported by robust data for external assurance.

The role reports to the Senior Manager Financial Controls & Compliance, working hybrid with 3 days in London or Hook, and offers a salary of £75,000-£85,000 plus car allowance and Bonus.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of sustainability, corporate responsibility and governance.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting requirements and regulatory developments.
• Experience in corporate ESG reporting, methodologies, boundaries and disclosures.
• Experience coordinating reporting across a complex multi-entity organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day ESG subject-matter expert for Group functions.
• Develop communication, reporting and verification mechanisms for ESG reporting.
• Coordinate divisional submissions and consolidation for ESG reporting.
• Lead preparation of the Group's Annual Sustainability Report and ESG disclosures.
• Engage with external ESG rating agencies and regulators.
