Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals in London seeks an experienced UK/EU ESG Reporting & Compliance Manager to lead sustainability disclosures and regulatory adherence. You will work with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure robust governance and high-quality ESG data across sites and functions.

The role focuses on UK SRS, IFRS S1/S2, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy and CSDDD, supporting the integration of ESG into business decisions and annual reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in ESG reporting, sustainability compliance or ESG regulatory affairs with a focus on UK/EU.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably pharma, healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of UK SRS, IFRS S1/S2, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy and CSDDD.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG reporting and disclosures, ensuring UK/EU compliance and alignment with global standards.
• Monitor and interpret UK/EU ESG legislation and implement regulatory plans.
• Develop and govern ESG policies, controls and data quality across the organisation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR and Investor Relations.
• Drive continuous improvement through ESG reporting tech and processes.
