Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of ESG reporting or sustainability experience.
  • Understanding of climate, energy, governance, and ESG frameworks.
  • Experience with annual and regulatory disclosures.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ESG disclosures across voluntary and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate ESG data collection and governance across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee ESG data systems and ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Advise on carbon management and net-zero alignment in disclosures.
  • Produce external-facing ESG reports and climate disclosures.
  • Line-manage one ESG team member and mentor others.
  • Engage with external raters and disclosure platforms.
