Job summary

Emeria UK is seeking a senior ESG leader to serve as the lead subject matter expert for environmental sustainability, climate reporting, carbon management, social value measurement, and non-financial assurance. The role drives robust ESG data, reporting and disclosure processes while ensuring compliance with evolving UK standards and global frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience implementing ESG programmes in a complex organisation.
Knowledge of climate-related financial disclosures and UK sustainability reporting standards.
Ability to lead ESG data development and reporting processes.
Experience coordinating audits and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

Lead carbon footprint calculation and maintain carbon accounting methodologies.
Develop and maintain Emeria UK's carbon reduction and net-zero plans.
Monitor progress against carbon reduction targets and energy performance objectives.
Lead ESG data collection, dashboards and reporting processes across the Group.
Coordinate responses to group reporting requirements and evolving sustainability frameworks.
Support climate transition planning and energy efficiency opportunities.
