Job summary

UTAC in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive ESG and project coordination professional to drive sustainability reporting, KPI management and carbon reduction initiatives across the Group. You will work with the Group ESG Manager to ensure accurate data collection, governance and timely delivery of actions.

This role covers stakeholder engagement across functions and locations, producing dashboards and executive communications, and supporting HR projects and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification preferred but not essential.
• Sustainability, HR or project management support experience desirable.
• ESG or reporting qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ESG reporting processes including KPI collection and submission.
• Coordinate carbon footprint data collection and accounting activities.
• Develop and monitor project plans with governance, reporting schedules and action trackers.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across functions, departments and global locations.
• Produce sustainability reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Support HR projects, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain momentum and accountability for reporting activities and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance and engagement practices.
• Provide support for UTAC Way Awards and ad hoc Group tasks.
