West Herts College is seeking a proactive Apprenticeship Administration Assistant to provide front-line service to apprentices, parents and employers. You will support enrolment, maintain records and help ensure funding compliance.

The Apprenticeship Administration team provides front-line customer service to a wide range of audiences including apprentices, parents/carers, employers and other key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across all aspects of apprenticeship programme. The post holder will play a key role in ensuringthat apprenticeship programmes meet regulatory and funding requirements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

We’re looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a friendly style who can work closely with colleagues as well as independently on specific tasks.
You will need to be enthusiastic about education and working with young people. If you have experience working with ProSolution and the rest of the Pro Suite then that’s fantastic, but we’ll provide full training for those who haven’t.
The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail. Full training will be given; however, a strong level of IT skills is essential.
This is a full-time post working 37 hours a week during weekdays with some requirement to support open days and evening events throughout the year. This post will be based at our Watford campus, however there may be an occasional requirement to work at our Hemel campus.
