The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that apprenticeship programmes meet regulatory and funding requirements while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will need to be enthusiastic about education and working with young people. If you have experience working with ProSolution and the rest of the Pro Suite then that's fantastic, but we'll provide full training for those who haven't. The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail. Full training will be given; however, a strong level of IT skills is essential. This is a full-time post working 37 hours a week during weekdays with some requirement to support open days and evening events throughout the year. This post will be based at our Watford campus, however there may be an occasional requirement to work at our Hemel campus.
