Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Dundee is seeking a Trade Operative to join the Responsive team. You will work on communal areas and tenanted properties, with skills in groundworks and related trades, delivering maintenance and repair duties to contract specs.

The role is mainly lone working within a small team, full training provided, and a company van and power tools will be supplied to help you complete tasks efficiently. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in construction, groundworks or wet trade discipline required or in progress.
• Experience in wet trades, groundworks or external maintenance in housing context preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties to contract specs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and restocked as needed.
• Provide timely progress information to customers and resolve issues when possible.
