Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks around the site.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, faults, and areas requiring attention.
• Complete basic repairs involving fixtures, fittings, doors, furniture and equipment.
• Use a range of basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Carry out routine checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Support contractors and other onsite teams when required.
• Follow health and safety procedures and site instructions at all times.
