RTL Group Ltd in Essex is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to lead projects across the region. You will supervise a groundworks gang, read site drawings and manage drainage, foundations and external works on site.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable attendance and the ability to keep work within programme while maintaining high safety standards. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organise and motivate a site team.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• CSCS card and relevant qualifications preferred.

GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN WANTED - ESSEX

We are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects across Essex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering, with the ability to manage a gang, organise daily workloads and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site
• Overseeing drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing and external works
• Reading and working from site drawings
• Organising labour, plant and materials
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Ensuring projects stay on programme and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman
• Good knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to organise and motivate a site team
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to deadlines
• Relevant qualifications and CSCS card preferred

Location: Essex

Pay: Competitive, depending on experience

Start: Available immediately or by arrangement
