Urban Planters is seeking an Exterior Maintenance Technician to maintain and beautify customers' exteriors across sites. You will perform grass cutting, pruning and hedge work, while using a variety of horticulture tools. Strong customer liaison and accurate record-keeping are essential for daily logs.

Based in Chester area, this full-time role offers stability and opportunities within a growing plant care company. A valid UK driving licence is required and horticulture knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Full UK drivers licence.
• Garden maintenance experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous.
• Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and strimming.
• Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting.
• Weed maintenance.
• Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment.
• Complete all digital records required through smart phone application.
• Liaising with customers.
• Autumn clearing.
• Spring preparation.

• Heavy lifting will be required.

Salary

Basic salary £26,700 per annum (40hr Week)

The Role

Working as a Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.
