Urban Planters is looking for an Exterior Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Chester/Shropshire area. You will be on-site delivering high-quality exterior planting maintenance, including grass cutting, pruning, weed control, and record-keeping via mobile apps.

Key requirements include a full UK driving licence, horticultural experience, and strong teamwork. A horticulture qualification is desirable but not essential; the role involves physical outdoor work and interaction with

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and strimming.
• Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting.
• Weed maintenance.
• Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment.
• Complete all digital records required through smart phone application.
• Liaising with customers.
• Autumn clearing.
• Spring preparation.
• Mowing.
• Heavy lifting will be required.

Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location:Chester into Shropshire

Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary £26,700 per annum (40hr Week)

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

Working as a Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.
