Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location: Brentwood

Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary £29,996 per annum

Reporting To: Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and strimming
• Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
• Weed maintenance
• Using a range of powered and non‑powered horticulture equipment
• Complete all digital records required through a smart‑phone application
• Liaise with customers
• Autumn clearing
• Spring preparation
• Mowing
• Heavy lifting will be required

Requirements

• Full UK driver’s licence
• Garden maintenance experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous
• Qualification in horticulture desirable but not essential
