Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our North Wales team delivering high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance services. As Team Leader you will motivate and support your crew, supervise sites, ensure safety, and drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards.

Overtime is available at enhanced rates and training opportunities are provided. The role requires at least 2 years' grounds maintenance experience, a full UK driving licence,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' grounds maintenance experience.
• Previous team-leading or supervisory experience.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience operating grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
• Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude with strong communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and commitment to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise grounds maintenance operatives across multiple sites.
• Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and shrub maintenance.
• Weed control, litter picking, and general site upkeep.
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and in line with health and safety.
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent service.
• Complete basic paperwork and system updates as required.
