Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited in Mold, North Wales is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader. The role involves leading an on-site team, grass cutting, hedge pruning, weed control, and liaising with clients to ensure quality and safety.

The position offers £14.25 per hour DOE, Monday to Friday, with winter/summer hours, full PPE provided, and industry training plus a generous benefits package. Relevant leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Planning and recording work using a PDA and our resource management system.
• Ensuring productivity, quality and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and ensuring correct PPE is worn.

We’re Hiring… Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Mold, North Wales

£14.25 per hour (DOE)

Monday to Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (current winter hours) & 7:15am-5pm (summer hours)
