Job summary

Recruit4staff represents a well-established landscaping and grounds maintenance business recruiting a Ground Maintenance Team Leader for Mold, Wales. The role covers leading on-site teams to meet productivity targets and standards while enforcing safety rules and PPE usage.

You will also perform hands-on tasks such as shrub and tree planting, turfing, seeding, fencing, paving and decking as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum previous experience as Ground Maintenance Team Leader or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CSCS card and PA1/PA6 certificates are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Liaise with site agents and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Carry out hands-on tasks: shrub/tree planting, turfing, seeding, fencing, paving, decking.

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established landscaping and grounds maintenance business in their search for a Ground Maintenance Team Leader to work in Mold

• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (Summer hours: 7:15am-5:00pm, Winter hours: 7:45am-4:30pm)
• Duration: Temp To Perm (12 weeks)

• Pay: £13.25 - £14.75 per hour

Job Role: As a Ground Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and instructing teams on site to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The Ground Maintenance Team Leader will oversee daily and weekly productivity targets, ensuring all work meets company and client specifications. Duties include liaising with site agents, enforcing health and safety procedures, and ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times. The Ground Maintenance Team Leader will also be hands-on, carrying out tasks such as shrub and tree planting, turfing, seeding, fencing, paving, and decking.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Ground Maintenance Team Leader or in a similar role
• Full UK driving licence
