Gap Personnel Limited in Mold, North Wales is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to supervise on-site teams and deliver high-quality outdoor work to local communities.

You will lead grass cutting, shrub maintenance, hedge pruning, weed control, litter picking and health and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, reliable approach are essential. £14.25 per hour (DOE) with seasonal hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar team leader role — essential.

We’re Hiring… Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Mold, North Wales

£14.25 per hour (DOE)

Monday to Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (current winter hours) & 7:15am-5pm (summer hours)

• Planning and recording work using a PDA and our resource management system
• Ensuring productivity, quality and deadlines are achieved
• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and ensuring the correct PPE is worn
