Job summary

AEJ Management is seeking an experienced Landscaper/Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain outdoor spaces across client sites in the UK. The role requires a full driving licence, Pa1/Pa6 (preferred), and strong knowledge of H&S practices.

You will work on an annualised hours contract with a company vehicle and fuel card. The position offers competitive pay (£13.50 per hour) and benefits such as Pension, Sick Pay, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven landscaping and grounds maintenance experience.
Full driving licence with 6 points or less.
Experience using a range of garden tools and equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety standards.
Pa1 and Pa6 certification preferred.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
Good verbal communication and eye for detail.
Flexible, reliable and able to meet timescales.

Responsibilities

Carry out grounds maintenance tasks across client sites.
Maintain outdoor spaces including litter picking and bin empting.
Work across retail parks, business parks, shopping centres and residential areas.
Report progress to line manager and operate autonomously.
