Elite Landscapes Ltd is seeking a Garden Maintenance Operative to join the Maintenance department in London. The role requires experience in Landscape Maintenance or Horticulture, with a focus on delivering high-quality grounds care and using a range of ground care equipment.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000 per year, and a driving license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Landscape Maintenance or Horticulture (Essential).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Full Clean UK Driving License (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens and grounds for projects in London and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with managing agents, councils, corporates and developers to deliver maintenance packages.

We are looking for someone with ambition, attention to detail and a passion for horticulture. Good personal organisation, ability to work in a team and prioritise workloads is very important.

Pay: Up to £28,000 – £34,000, annual salary
