Elite Landscapes Ltd is seeking a Garden Maintenance Operative to join the Maintenance department in London. The role requires experience in Landscape Maintenance or Horticulture, with a focus on delivering high-quality grounds care and using a range of ground care equipment.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000 per year, and a driving license is desirable.

Garden Maintenance Operative – London

Due to continued growth, we require enthusiastic and reliable Garden Maintenance Operatives with good communication and organisational skills to join our Maintenance department. Industry experience isessentialwith horticultural knowledge and experience with a variety of ground care equipment and practices.

We are looking for someone with ambition, attention to detail and a passion for horticulture. Good personal organisation, ability to work in a team and prioritise workloads is very important.

Pay: Up to £28,000 – £34,000, annual salary

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturday work may be required)
