Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces at RAF Lossiemouth to high standards. You will perform grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking, using hand tools and machinery safely.

The role includes winter services like gritting and snow clearance. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred for vehicle roles, and BPSS vetting is required. Benefits include holiday entitlement, pension contributions, and more.

We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

What we're looking for:

• Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
• Good understanding of smartphone technology
• Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
• PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
• Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
