Job summary

JobsTrackR in Bracknell is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our static gardening team. You will maintain schemes, handle hedging, lawns, shrubs and perennials, and organise tasks across seasons, collaborating with colleagues.

You should have horticultural experience, good plant knowledge, a valid driving license, and enjoy outdoor work. The role involves operating pedestrian mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, and PA1/PA6 pesticides, with a performance‑minded approach.

Contract Type: Temporary, Full time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £17.45per hour (Umbrella) (full time salary £27,976)

Persona: Contractual hours to be worked from allocated site(s) in Bracknell, with ad hoc office attendance as required

We are seeking a Static Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Operative who is dedicated and easy-going individual to help maintain our schemes in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hedging, lawns, shrubs, and perennials, with the ability to organise and prioritise gardening tasks throughout the seasons and will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be IT literate.
