Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Ilford is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to deliver high-quality outdoor space care across our Greater London sites. You will perform grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, and winter services while meeting SLA standards.

A Full UK driving licence is preferred for roles involving company vehicles; this is a 40-hour-per-week, permanent position. Prior grounds maintenance experience is desirable; spraying licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing and litter picking.
• Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely.
• Winter services including gritting and snow clearance.
• Report hazards to management and follow safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence preferred for company vehicle roles.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for:

• PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
