Job summary

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity working in partnership with a Housing Association for a Grounds Maintenance Operative. The role covers Bracknell and surrounding areas in Berkshire, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, on a temporary contract.

You will maintain external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges, with potential soft landscaping/minor tree work. A company van is provided to travel between sites during work hours.

Qualifications

• Practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience.
• PA1 and PA6AW qualifications are desirable.
• NPTC certification is desirable.
• A full driving license is required; towing license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external communal areas: grass, shrubs and hedges.
• Conduct soft landscaping/minor tree work as needed.
• Cover sites across Berkshire and plan workload within a fortnightly round.

Pay - £13.45 PAYE inc Holiday Pay | £17.26 per hour Ltd via Umbrella

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity working in partnership with a Housing Association who have a vacancy for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team on a Temporary contract, where you will be covering the Bracknell and surrounding areas of Berkshire. We are looking for a proactive, great team player and someone with a good eye for detail who's looking for a new challenge.

Working within a team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work. You will be covering sites across Berkshire from and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round.
