Premier Inn Southampton North is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and meal service, and ensure a smooth stay. The role covers evenings and weekends, with a focus on guest care and teamwork across the hotel.

Shifts include varied duties in a busy hospitality environment and offer a fixed-term contract until 02/09/2027, with 18 hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour. Training and career development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
