Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Southport Central is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and assist with meals, drinks and guest inquiries across different roles and shifts.

It’s a permanent position with 20 guaranteed hours per week, based at Southport Central Premier Inn. No two shifts are the same, and training is provided to help you grow within the hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
• This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.
