Premier Inn in Berwick-upon-Tweed is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help guests with inquiries and ensure a smooth stay while working across the hotel in a dynamic, guest-centric environment.

The role offers a fixed-term contract through early 2027, with 21 guaranteed hours per week and a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour. Full training is provided as you learn hospitality across restaurant, reception and public areas.

• Be friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
