Job summary

Whitbread PLC is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Berwick-upon-Tweed Premier Inn. You’ll greet guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner and keep public areas tidy while supporting the hotel team.

You’ll work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with 21 guaranteed hours per week and a fixed-term contract until 07 January 2027. No hotel experience required; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
