Job summary

Premier Inn Lisburn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll play a key role in making each guest stay smooth and enjoyable.

No hotel experience is required; if you’re friendly and calm under pressure, we’ll train you. This is a permanent, part-time role at 25 hours per week, based at Lisburn Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality not required.
• Friendly and calm under busy conditions.
• Good communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
