MCARTHURGLEN is seeking Full and Part Time Team Members to join our restaurant in York. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in all daily operations and help deliver a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a keen interest in Greek food, fluent English, and hands-on experience with food preparation, HACCP and delivery platforms. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen and front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Experience with food preparation.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Experience with delivery platforms.
• Interest in Greek cuisine.
• Proven track record of high sales.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Greet customers and take their orders using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
