The Real Greek Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will assist in day-to-day kitchen management, support Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, and help run the kitchen when Senior Chef is absent.

You will ensure food quality, hygiene and stock control, following FIFO/DOT systems and temp logs, while helping implement menu changes and maintaining a fast-paced, high-standard service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous grill, prep, or chef de partie experience preferred.
• Kitchen experience essential
• Calm and able to work under pressure
• Clear and prompt communication
• Flexible with tasks and hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen management following Head Chef's requests and ensure operations meet company standards
• Support Head/Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager with regular communication
• Be in charge of kitchen and daily orders when Senior Chef is not present
• Manage stock levels and minimize wastage; communicate equipment issues to Head/Sous Chef
