Slim Chickens Bristol Cabot Circus is hiring a Back of House Team Member to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll help prepare and cook menu items, keep the kitchen clean and compliant with hygiene standards, and support with stock and inventory to ensure fresh ingredients for every order.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.

• Assist with inventory and stock rotation to ensure freshness.
• Work with the team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Support kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operations.
