Your Responsibilities:

• Model positive practices to uphold Grandir UK's values
• Ensure equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
• Supervise and support children at all times
• Maintain an attractive, welcoming environment
• Assist in preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Understand and implement all company policies, procedures, and practices
• Adhere to updates in policies and procedures within specified timescales
• Ensure nursery practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
• Report any concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Keep confidentiality when appropriate
• Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
