Job summary

Bunge is seeking a highly organised Shipping Coordinator for its Commercial Logistics team in Adelaide. You will administer shipping bookings, support capacity planning, and coordinate with vessel agents, customers and terminals to ensure timely export operations.

Strong attention to detail and experience in logistics or customer service are essential, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality reporting and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer shipping bookings and maintain the South Australian shipping stem, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
• Manage online capacity management systems and support shipping booking processes within required timeframes.
• Prepare compliance reports, statistics and documentation to support internal and external reporting obligations.
• Liaise with vessel agents, customers and port terminals to coordinate shipping and operational requirements.
• Calculate, reconcile and process shipping-related invoices, credits and associated administration tasks.
• Provide account management support including account setup, annual reviews, document management and customer enquiries.
• Conduct stock reconciliations, review inventory positions and assist customers with stock allocation queries.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports while identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes.
