Job summary

WSP is seeking graduates to join our Planning Consultancy or Infrastructure Planning teams in 2027. You will help clients navigate the planning system and bring forward sustainable places and infrastructure that respond to local needs, across the UK.

You will work on housing, mixed‑use development, regeneration, social infrastructure, rail, energy, utilities and transport, supported by a two‑year Graduate Development Programme with mentoring and hands‑on project experience.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate the planning system and bring forward sustainable places and infrastructure that respond to local needs.
• Support multidisciplinary projects across housing, mixed-use development, regeneration, social infrastructure, rail, energy, utilities and transport.
• Collaborate with planners, designers, engineers and environmental specialists to deliver practical advice and project delivery.
