Job summary

WSP is seeking graduates to join Planning Consultancy or Infrastructure Planning in 2027, helping clients navigate the planning system and deliver sustainable places and infrastructure across the UK. You’ll gain hands-on experience across housing, regeneration and transport projects.

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme combines structured learning, mentoring and project work, with Chartership support.

Qualifications

• 2:2 in a relevant master’s degree or equivalent.
• Starting September 2027.
• Interest in planning, development, regeneration, infrastructure, policy, or engagement.

Responsibilities

• Help clients navigate the planning system and bring forward sustainable places and infrastructure.
• Support multidisciplinary projects across housing, regeneration, rail, energy and transport.
• Contribute to policy research, stakeholder consultation, consent applications and project delivery.
