Qualifications

• Previous experience in a training coordination, onboarding or learning administration role.
• Experience working within a busy engineering, manufacturing, production, logistics or retail environment.
• Experience coordinating training schedules, courses and employee attendance.
• Excellent general computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and learning or HR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external training programmes and work with third party providers.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee learning data.
• Manage training bookings, invitations, attendance and completion records.
• Liaise with employees, managers, trainers and external training providers.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes administration.
• Monitor mandatory and compliance-related training requirements.
• Prepare training materials, resources, reports and attendance documentation.
• Track training budgets, invoices and expenditure where required.
• Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
• Produce regular reports and updates on training activity and completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve training administration and processes.
