Willmott Dixon invites applications for its Graduate Trainee Programme for Quantity Surveyors, based at our Bristol office with the Wales & West region. The 2–3 year programme combines paid study with real-life experience on live projects across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire, along with structured rotations through site management and commercial functions.

You’ll earn a competitive salary with annual increases, a buddy support system, and funded college/university study.

Qualifications

• Degree to be attained by Sep 2027 in a related field

Responsibilities

Graduate Trainee Programme - Quantity Surveyor

Launch your career in construction with our Graduate programme within the Wales & West region. Based from our office Bristol, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on exciting construction projects across Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Quantity Surveying: Your role is about managing the costs of a project on site. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, weighing up commercial risks, procuring the best supply chain and managing payments for completed work.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.
