Willmott Dixon invites graduates to join a structured 2–3 year programme based from our Bristol office, gaining hands-on experience on projects across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire. You’ll learn through rotations in site management, design, preconstruction and more, with paid study and a fast-track path to management.

Based from our office in Bristol, you'll gain valuable hands‑on experience working on exciting construction projects across Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire, helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Site Management

You play a vital role in turning plans into reality, leading the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Essential Criteria

• Right to work in the UK.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• You will need to be degree qualified by September 2027.
• (Desirable) You have had some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).
