Willmott Dixon in Bristol is launching a two-to-three-year Graduate Trainee Programme for a Planner. Based from our Bristol office, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire, helping shape communities while earning a competitive salary and progression.

You’ll rotate through sites and functions including site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction, with real responsibility from day one and a buddy to support you.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Degree qualification by September 2027.
• Desirable exposure to construction via work experience or placements.
• Programme lasts 2–3 years with paid study and rotations.

Graduate Trainee Programme - Planner

Launch your career in construction with our Graduate programme within the Wales & West region. Based from our office Bristol, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on exciting construction projects across Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Planning: You play a key role in bringing construction projects to life, creating detailed schedules and coordinating activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within programme.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Essential Criteria
