Job summary

Willmott Dixon in Cardiff is launching a 2–3 year Graduate Trainee Programme in Environmental, offering hands-on experience on South Wales construction projects and rotations across site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction.

You will be degree-qualified by September 2027 in Environmental, Sustainability, Engineering, Construction, STEM or Law-related subjects, with opportunities to earn while you learn and to gain funded study; a buddy supports you from day one.

Launch your career in construction with our Graduate programme within the Wales & West region. Based from our office Cardiff, you'll gain valuable hands‑on experience working on exciting construction projects across the South Wales region, helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Environmental: Drive environmental performance across projects by reducing risk, identifying opportunities, and promoting sustainable practices. Monitor compliance with legal and company standards and provide clear performance feedback.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part‑time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.
