Willmott Dixon's Graduate Trainee Programme - Environmental, based from our Cardiff office, launches your career in construction with hands-on experience across South Wales. The Environmental stream focuses on driving environmental performance, monitoring compliance with legal and company standards, and providing clear performance feedback.

Graduate Trainee Programme - Environmental

Launch your career in construction with our Graduate programme within the Wales & West region. Based from our office Cardiff, you'll gain valuable hands‑on experience working on exciting construction projects across the South Wales region, helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Environmental: Drive environmental performance across projects by reducing risk, identifying opportunities, and promoting sustainable practices. Monitor compliance with legal and company standards and provide clear performance feedback.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Essential Criteria

• Right to work in the UK.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• You will be degree qualified by September 2027, ideally in an Environmental, Sustainability, Engineering, Construction, STEM, or Law-related subject.
• (Desirable) You have had some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).
