Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams to effectively support day-to-day queries.
• Participate in technical pre-sales meetings to sell products and services.
• Produce content including documentation and presentations at technical and non-technical levels.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Monitor the market landscape to understand opportunities and trends.
• Analyze product usage statistics to identify improvements and drive engagement.
• Travel overseas for face-to-face meetings with clients.
