Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd’s 18-month Graduate Programme offers real-world project experience from day one, with mentoring and targeted training to build a career in test development engineering.

You will start on £34,000 per year, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 exit bonus on completion. A Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply, with three on-site days weekly to maximise learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's/Integrated Master's in Systems Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics or Computer Science.
• MSc or PhD in a relevant discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic, innovative team and receive on-the-job training in test systems engineering processes and tools.
• Develop engineering skills and domain knowledge to achieve technical excellence and Chartered Engineer status.
• Be assigned a Mentor and attend graduate events to network and share best practice.
• Continue professional development through formal training and on-the-job learning to stay current.
