The programme includes formal training and on‑the‑job learning. Starting salary is £34,000 per year with a £1,000 welcome bonus and an additional £1,000 exit bonus upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor’s/Integrated Master’s degree, or higher degree.
