Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd. is seeking graduates to join an 18‑month Systems Engineering programme. You will work on real engineering challenges and rotate through projects across multiple domains with expert guidance.

The programme includes training to develop core engineering competencies and a route to professional development. The starting salary is £34,000 per annum, with a £1,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 exit bonus upon completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum a 2:1 (lower second class) Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s in engineering, maths, physics or another STEM discipline.
• MSc/PhD considered, subject aligned to engineering/tech.

Responsibilities

• Work on real engineering problems across Sea, Land, Air and space domains.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team providing on‑the‑job training and guidance.
• Develop engineering skills through targeted training to achieve technical excellence.
