Job summary

Leonardo invites graduates to join a 12-month Graduate Programme designed to develop high-potential technical and business professionals. You will work on real projects in EW and FCA, with on-site learning and mentoring from subject-matter experts.

The programme starts with a £34,000 annual salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus, and a £1,000 exit bonus on successful completion. A Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply, and you’ll be expected to spend at least three days on site each week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s degree with minimum 2:2 requirement.
• MSc or PhD considered for roles.
• Disciplines include Aerospace Eng, Physics, Math, Mechanical Eng, EE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis, preparation and delivery of Supportability Engineering activities, focusing on Supportability Analysis across EW and FCA projects.
• Help ensure reliability and maintainability influence concepts and designs to meet performance and availability targets.
• Work independently and with engineers and staff across UK and overseas locations; manage time and adapt to project needs.
• Receive training and mentoring to develop supervisory skills and take ownership of work packages, including planning and scheduling.
