Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh is launching an 18‑month Graduate Programme for aspiring Test Software Engineers. You will develop software for test solutions, participate across the full lifecycle, and work on real development projects for internal and external customers.

The programme emphasizes on‑the‑job learning and formal training to match business needs. Starting salary is £34,000 per year with a £1,000 welcome bonus and a further £1,000 exit bonus on successful completion, plus potential

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s/Integrated Master’s degree or higher (MSc/PhD acceptable).
• Acceptable disciplines include Security, Computer Communication and Networks, Computer & Network Technology & Cyber Security.
• Graduates will be developed into leading technical or business professionals through a structured 18‑month programme.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for test solutions across a varied product portfolio.
• Explore all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation and delivery.
• Build practical experience by working on real development and production test solutions for internal and external customers.
• Enhance technical capability via on‑the‑job learning and formal training aligned to business needs.
