Leonardo is recruiting for a Basildon-based Graduate Programme. You will join an innovative team, receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and structured development to become a Chartered Engineer over 3–4 years.

The programme starts with a £34,000 annual salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and a further £1,000 exit bonus on completion, with a potential Temporary Accommodation Allowance. We encourage being on-site at least three days per week to maximise learning, with access to targeted training

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Masters in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Communications, Software Engineering, Physics or Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Coding/programming experience and project work.
• Ability to work in teams and apply science/technology to real-world problems.

Aufgaben

• Receive day-to-day guidance and on-the-job training on test systems engineering processes, methods, and tools.
• Develop engineering skills and domain knowledge to achieve technical excellence.
• Work with a mentor and attend graduate-based events to network with peers.
• Expect to work toward Chartered Engineer status typically after 3–4 years.
